Is there an electronic download for the manual?No, there is no electronic download for the manual. The manual is a paper based print only, this is mainly to prevent unauthorised distribution of the manual.

Can I get an update or replacement of the manual after purchase?Yes, Registered users can down load updated pages to print or if you replace the whole thing, owners are eligible for the first year after there purchase date to acquire a replacement of our manual for half the advertised price. Meaning that if your manual is damaged, dirty or an we make an update within the first year of purchase we can offer you a low cost replacement, please contact us with your book Sn for additional details.

How long will it take for my products to arrive?Depending on your location within the UK product will normally take 2- 3 days to be delivered.

Do you have sample content of the manuals ?Yes we have put together a few chapters with image referance, this should give you an idea of the content and what is available. Check the projects menu for links to down load pdf samlples.

I need a part you dont seem to have ?We dont manufacture the big stuff, smaller items screws, bolts, bearings etc are our main market. We may have some contacts that could be able to help. Let us know by using the Contact us page.

A part seems to always be unavailable ?Some items are in more demand then others and they will come and go. If you are in a hurry let us know and we will check with our suppliers for an ETA on re-stocking. Use our Contact Us page to get in touch.

Why don't you list the manufacturers of the bearings for kits?Our bearings are sourced primarily from europe. We use SKF, INA, Codex, FAG, NSK and Valeno as well as a few others keeping our prices acceptable. If you need higher specification or just a specific supplier, let us know and we can create a special quotation just for you.

I have some items that are hard to get, Can I re-sell on your site?"If you have items specific to the lathes we are working on and are able to produce or support the supply of parts then contact us. We would love to talk with engineers and suppliers for re-manufactured parts of these machines.

I keep beeing asked to login to access content ?When you first visit our site you will be granted guest access, To purchase items or browse some of the documents you will need an account. Simply click on the user icon above the menu and create yourself an account to log in. Its fee and we wont use the data for advertising.

The Hermes International Economy service can provide customers with international parcel delivered in 5-10 working days throughout most European destinations. Collection and delivery are not guaranteed but currently enjoys a very high success rate.
Please note - parcels being delivered to Finland, Denmark, Norway or Sweden will be delivered to the recipient’s closest Parcel shop. Please kindly notify your customer that the consignment can be tracked (upon the parcel/s arriving at the local Parcel Office), via www.postnord.dk (for Danish deliveries), www.postnord.se (for Swedish deliveries) www.postnord.fi (for Finnish deliveries) or www.postnord.no (for Norwegian deliveries) using the Parcel ID number located under the barcode on the label (e.g. 91122334455SE). Please be advised that the consignment/s can only be held at the Parcel Office for a limited amount of time (usually 5 or 10 working days), before being returned to sender, so please kindly make your customer aware of this.
